By ticking the box below and creating a Property Owner account on TheHostelNow.com, I hereby declare, warrant and confirm the following:
1. Legal authority. I am the lawful owner of the property/properties I intend to list, or I have a valid registered lease, licence, or Power of Attorney granting me the legal right to sub-let, operate, and commercially exploit the property as a paying-guest / student hostel.
2. Compliance. The property meets all applicable local, state, and municipal regulations, including fire safety, sanitation, building permissions, GST/tax registration (where applicable), and any state-specific PG or lodging licences.
3. Truthful listings. Every photograph, amenity, price, occupancy count, and address I upload will be accurate. I will not misrepresent facilities or availability.
4. Guest safety. I will maintain proper guest-registry records, verify guest identity at check-in against the Aadhaar-verified booking, and comply with all applicable regulations regarding tenant/lodger records.
5. Indemnification. I shall solely be responsible for any dispute, claim, damage or liability arising from the operation of my listed property, and I fully indemnify TheHostelNow.com, its founders, employees, contractors and users from any such claim.
6. Right of removal. TheHostelNow.com reserves the right, without prior notice, to delist any property that is found to violate the terms of this declaration or any applicable law.
I understand this declaration is legally binding and my digital acceptance below shall constitute my signature. My agreement will be recorded with an IP-adjacent timestamp and declaration version for auditing.
